Onboarding Kit

The NMOSD Onboarding Kit is a comprehensive resource designed to assist individuals diagnosed with Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder (NMOSD). This kit includes an informational pamphlet and brochure, as well asa vaccination card to track important immunizations. The kit features a personal journal for tracking symptoms, treatments, and emotional well-being, along with a general information guide that provides practical advice on managing life with NMOSD.

THE TASK:

To design a patient information kit for doctors to distribute to individuals diagnosed with NMOSD. The goal was to create a package that was both easy for patients to understand and unique, featuring a dedicated space for a journal and a pocket to store important documents. I developed mockups and collaborated with the print production team to ensure the design was feasible for production.
